With fashion weeks behind us, all the dictats of autumn/winter 2020 fashion have already been defined, first of all, the colour palette. The protagonists of the next winter season will be bright, vivid colors, which will brighten up the cold days: from vibrant greens (from the forest to Kelly Green) to intense shades of purple, passing of course through the timeless red.
These colours have been the absolute protagonists on the catwalks all over the world: from McQueen to Givenchy who have paraded hyper-feminine hoods and suits in a flaming red, to Rochas who wear purple in dailywear on maxi coats and over furs. Still a lot of green, in all its shades, from the elegant forest colour, as for Eliee Sab, to the Kelly Green chosen by Chiara Boni La Petite Robe, a bright and sparkling green perfect to colour grey days. A real must have colour for next season, however, will be brown in all its shades, from beige to cream to marron. Elegant, refined and timeless brown will be the key colour to recreate impeccable looks, as Balmain or Isabel Marant showed us, in perfect color block outfits.
For sure, the next F/W season will be full of colour and style.
