Since Christmas is getting closer, we have selected a few outfits inspired by the Fall-Winter 2016/17 fashion shows that are well suited for different end-of-year occasions: Christmas parties, family lunch or dinner. Many of the dresses shown on the catwalk suggest many ways to combine sparkling colors. Sequins, lamé and yarns on skirts, jackets and shirts that designers combine with fur, leather or warm wool.

Red fabric, embroidery, ruffles and velvet. Tenax showcases a flared red dress with hypertrophic ruffles at the bottom as if to recall the traditional clothing of flamenco dancers. More bon-ton are the dresses brought by Motel: clean lines, square neckline, sleeves and skirt embellished by soft flounces. AnnaEffe features an asymmetrical dress with a flared silhouette, whose peculiarity is the chosen fabric: the see-through backcloth hosts irregular spheres made of red velvet.

Black, but not the usual. On this Christmas occasion, black is populated by brilliant constellations, combined with metallic gold and silver colors. Le streghe proposes a short V-neck dress, the corset seems carved in gold, waistline is well defined with a wide elastic band with black and golden stripes, while the skirt is made of transparent black lace. Imperial offers a mini dress in black velvet enriched by silver micro studs. The main features are the shoulder pads where veils of lace create a volume that accentuates the feminine cleavage. Mey Fashion brings us back to the Seventies proposing a black suit with a contrasting gold belt.
