We are now approaching the opening of the next edition of Mipel – the Leather Products Trade Fair based in Milan, after the successful performance of September 2018, when the event obtained a 19% increase in the number of visitors. The next edition will become the new “stage” for the presentation of FW 20-21 offers at Pavilion 10, Fiera Milano-Rho, from 16th to 19th of February 2020.
As a fixed fashion event for international buyers, the 117th Edition of Mipel will focus on important themes like sustainability, craftsmanship and “Italianity”, all central themes within the current advertising campaign for the event.
An event, a goal: to represent all Italian manufacture products and brands and to overturn the belief according to which most of leather production is “obsolete and boring”.
At present day, it is impossible to neglect the fundamental theme of eco-sustainability, which is of crucial importance for the next Mipel 117. The event’s mission is indeed that of highlighting that many waste materials, if correctly recycled, can be used and shaped in new ethically-valuable resources.
As a further social-mission, the event will also make participants aware of this topic, by underlining the fact that the single consumer can also contribute to the change.
In particular, the next edition of Mipel will host so many new participants: RefrigiWear, Romeo Gigli and Spalding, Golla, Ynot and Valigeria Roncato, who will show their products together with other long-term loyal brands like Aereonautica Militare, Athison, Braccialini, Bric’s, Caterina Lucchi, Gabs, Gio Cellini, Nannini and Secrid.
But to better discover all the novelties on show at the next edition of Mipel, the best way is certainly that of presenting oneself at Mipel gates on 16th of February!
