The AW 2018/19 season by Daniele Ancarani is interpreted through a collection of footwear getting inspired by the variety of small details with a legacy heritage, and tactile perceptions going beyond the gratification of sight. The result is a product which sums up the outcome of modern technology in its uniqueness and exclusiveness, in accordance with the foot making tradition.
Within the collection, three different themes are developed starting from a sporty mood to a more refined offer for a style in line with the latest trends.

Sporty Chic – A footwear fitting-over line of shoes featuring a gender-fluid approach, and almost reaching the form factor of sneaker shoes. This revolutionary design does not neglect the small internal wedges used to enhance the woman’s silhouette and to merge a Chic and a Urban style together. This brand’s shoes play with marine, beige and black hues without neglecting the symbols of Daniele Ancarani signature. We can indeed uppers which do not forget the importance of adherence and of a Romantic touch, and which include elastic bends, flowers and large buckles.
Vintage – This theme takes us back to the 1980s, the decade characterised by eccentric looks and extravagance, trainers, jelly shoes and colourful shoes. For the next winter season, the collection is getting enriched with pointed-toe boots recalling the Punk style, as well as pump shoes with closed décolleté – the emblem of womanliness elegance. Heels remain thin, they do not overcome a height of 5 cm, and there are lightened by bright colours ranging from ruby red to amethyst, from wood green to a touch of animalier. All materials are of high quality, soft and velveted to the touch, such as the suede or nappa leather which are at the basis of each footwear item.
Glamour – Fantasy and glamour mix together to combine different style and dress codes. It is a rebirth taking us back to the 1950s, with those year’s iconic form factors. Elegant outfits mixing together with Pip-ups inspired fashion. Through a review of past atmospheres, the collection proposes non conventional heels which get a primary role in the foot making design. With their geometries, they become almost like architectural structures recalling the essential and monolithic works of the 1950s. Glossy golden stiletto heels made in grey Plexiglass in two height versions or nugget-alike heels of just 2 cm become the “must haves” of the next winter season, together with impalpable, sparkling fabrics, coloured suede, soft patent leather in lacquered hues, as well as velvets with colours recalling Japanese kimonos.
