Made in Italy. As far as Attilio Giusti Leombruni is concerned, that says it all. One name, one brand and one passion span three generations.
Following in the footsteps of grandfather Piero and father Attilio come three sisters, Sara, Vera and Marianna, forging a shared future. Their diverse skills focus on one goal: to carry on the success story begun in 1958 by creating minimalist, feminine footwear.
Their products are contemporary icons of authentic quality. The whole world adores the exclusive, sophisticated mood of the dynamic and distinctive AGL collections.
For this reason, they wanted to present their SS 2018 collection with a digital fashion show.’’
Historically, the fashion show is the synthesis of the creative process and the most “social” way to share the month-long work with others. Doing it in a digital version is an modern interpretation, which the Giusti sisters have decided to try.
Within this “digital defilé” products are presented that sum up the MIX of tradition and modernity, which has always defined AGL’s DNA:
Cotton yarn socks on maxi soles in rubber that is blown up with air to make it super lightweight. Sandals with an ankle band that pull up to become over the knee, made of soft and extra stretch nappa.
Ayers snakeskin mule heels made of ABS, a plastic material also used for children’s toys. Thongs with a nude effect and ankle band closed with a zipper, coated with natural rubber. Slippers in raw-edged patent leather or PVC paired with soft nappa.
Traditional Cornely embroidery closed with tech mesh laces.
The 6-handed work of the Giusti sisters is the result of 3 different personalities, a fine background and a strong curiosity for new things. All of this makes AGL collections unique.
